GO TRI - IMPROVE YOUR BIKE HANDLING: Part 1

Join Sandra at Minet Park Cycle Circuit for a  fantastic opportunity to learn all the basic bike handling skills.

Session  -  Novice Bike Handling Skills


Develop your handling skills, confidence and ability on the bike


*    Traffic free circuit
*    Everything from removing your drinks bottle, to safe signalling, cornering & descending
*    Using your gears

The 2 hour session will take you through everything you need to improve your road riding , or prepare you for your Triathlon.  You just need a roadworthy bike and a helmet and you’re good to go….

Session - Improver Bike Handling Skills

 

Group road riding etiquette and riding in a pack
Develop your skills and etiquette for group riding on the roads, plus the opportunity to work on drafting skills for Triathlon. 


*    Traffic free circuit
*    How to ride safely on the roads in a group -  what to consider, communication, etiquette and bike handling
*    Drafting 
*    Extension to Session earlier in the day – either book both sessions in advance or decide on the day (subject to availability).
