15th March: Arrival Day

• ​​Arrive in Lanzarote and transfer to the hotel. The afternoon is spent in the pool completing the swim video, before dinner and camp overview.

 

Day 2​

• Multi-brick and transition practice

• Pool swim​

Day 3

• Long bike + optional run

• Open water swim
   

Day 4

• Coached run session

• Q&A/nutrition/training talk

• Strength session

Day 5​​

• Bike skills & interval session

• Pool swim
   

Day 6

• Long run

• Stretching session

• Open water swim

 

Day 7 - a bit of fun to finish off, before optional pm depart
